Funeral service for Mary Frances Crow, 80, of Geronimo, will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Lawton First Baptist Church at 501 “B” Ave, Lawton, OK with Rev. John Cullison, pastor of Geronimo First Baptist Church officiating.

Mrs. Crow passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at her home in Geronimo.

Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Mary was born on Oct. 12, 1943, in Lawton, to Lester Francis and Allie Mae “Tootsie” (Cantrell) McNally. She grew up in Lawton and attended Lawton High School. Mary married Richard Crow on Oct. 31, 1960 in Wichita Falls, Texas and they lived in Lawton for a short time before moving to Geronimo where they remained throughout their lives. Mary worked at Haggar Slacks and later for Western Showcase in the early ‘70s. She then worked for the Red Barn which would later be known as Crutcher’s Western Wear. Mary retired in 2020 to care for Richard. While Richard was a Lawton Ranger, Mary worked the ticket booth at the Lawton Rangers Rodeo for many years. After Richard passed away on March 1, 2020, Mary remained in Geronimo and enjoyed her grandbabies and great-grandbabies and was a member of Geronimo Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Donald Youngstedt, of Geronimo; her sons and daughters-in-law: Rick and Sandra Crow, of Apache, and Robby and Penny Crow, of Chattanooga; her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Maria, Susie, Melissa, Jeff, Tony, and Eddie; her grandchildren and their spouses: Clancy and Jessica Crow, Cacy and Staci Crow, Tyler and Katie Crow, Laura Youngstedt, Tanner and Kenzi Crow, Deven Youngstedt, and Chisim and Brooklynne Youngstedt, of Lawton; her great-grandchildren: Caroline, Landry, Leddy, Ames, Liam, Brady, True, and Lyda; her cousins: Donald and Joyce Zacharias, Jerry and Joan Houghton, Phil Witherspoon, Jerry and Susan Crow and their families; four special sisters: Kay Tugmon, Sharon Jones, Jean Hall, and Leona Cable; and a host of loving friends that include Geary and Tammy Tibbetts and Mark and Tanna Crutcher.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Crow; one infant granddaughter, Lauren Kay Crow; one infant grandson, Cutter Jim Crow; her brother, Danny Howard McNally; and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Larry and Ruth Crow, Gary Don and Jeannie Crow, and June and Tommy Whitehead.
