Funeral service for Billy Owen Tucker will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2025 at First Baptist Church, Indiahoma, Oklahoma with Pastor (and son of Billy) Heath Tucker of Waterloo Road Baptist Church, Edmond, Oklahoma, Rev. Les Banks, Pastor of First Baptist Church, Tipton, Oklahoma and Pastor Justin Evans of First Baptist Church, Indiahoma officiating.
Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery, south of Indiahoma, under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.
The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Billy Owen Tucker, 66, of Indiahoma, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Lawton, following a short illness. He was born on February 22, 1959, in Germany to SFC (Retired) Wade Owen Tucker and Anneliese (Meis) Tucker.
Billy grew up in Lawton and graduated from Lawton High School. On July 15, 1980, he married the love of his life, Pamela Denise Frazier, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Together, they shared 45 years of marriage. Billy began working at Goodyear, where he dedicated 35 years before retiring in March of this year.
A man of deep faith, strong values, and unwavering love for his family, Billy will be remembered for his kind and encouraging spirit. He loved sports, especially OU football and Major League Baseball-and could often be found watching ESPN. He also enjoyed working in his yard, tinkering with projects, singing, and listening to music.
Billy adored his children and grandchildren, who were the center of his life. With his easygoing personality and warm sense of humor, he made friends wherever he went. To know Billy was to love him, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of sharing life with him.
Billy is survived by his wife of the home, two children, son, Heath Tucker and wife Randi of Edmond, Oklahoma, a daughter, Lindsay Toves of Indiahoma, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren, Evan Tucker, Ali Tucker, Kate Tucker, Emerson Tucker, Addi Tucker, Kooper Toves, and Kiptyn Toves, two sisters, Mary James and husband Scott of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Yvonne Miller of Lawton, Oklahoma and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents.
