Sterling High School Valedictorian Rylee Jo Garrett is the daughter of Tasha and John Garrett. She is the granddaughter of John and Robin Garrett, Lisa and Todd Sanders and Leslie and Ada Richardson. Her honors include Superintendents Honor Roll, Oklahoma Honor Society and All Around Student. Her future plans are to attend the University of Oklahoma to become a licensed professional counselor.
