Connie Sue Holmes, age 73, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026. She was born on July 18, 1952, to Cass and Ruby Christian of Indiahoma, survived by sister Sharon Hannabass, preceeded in death by sister Georgia Ryder, brothers Paul Christian and Kenny Christian. Connie was raised in Indiahoma, Graduated Indiahoma High School May 21st in 1970, raised attending Indiahoma Baptist church and became the 337 member in 1961. Connie worked for Hagar Manfacturing in Lawton - later transfering to OKC to get married and start a family of her own…
Connie was a devoted mother to Justin Holmes (wife, Jessica Holmes) and Chase Holmes (wife, Jeanne Holmes). She was a proud and loving grandmother to Cameron Martin, Carver Holmes, and Karli Holmes, who was truly her world and whom she cherished beyond measure.
Family meant everything to Connie. She treasured every gathering, every visit, and every moment spent with her loved ones.
Connie had a special love for antiques and enjoyed many memorable girls’ trips with her sister Sharon and her dear friends. Those adventures brought her great joy and lasting memories.
Connie’s kindness, warmth, and unwavering devotion to her family will be deeply missed but forever remembered. Her legacy of faith and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
