Funeral service for Linda Sue Gregory will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2026, with Pastor Tony Elkins, Abundant Life Assembly of God, Geronimo, Oklahoma and Bro. Eddie Coast officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Lawton, Oklahoma under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Linda Sue Gregory, 75, of Geronimo, Oklahoma, passed away June 5, 2026. She was born July 10, 1950, in Sugden, just outside of Waurika, Oklahoma, to Irene Florence (Burt) and Oscar "Bub" McMurtry. She graduated from Geronimo High School in 1968 and married Joe Gregory on December 29, 1966, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She worked for Hagger Slacks and JCPenney and later as a teacher's aide at Bishop School before retiring.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Cooper Lane Gregory; brother, Johnny McMurtry; and sisters, Mary Alvarez and Shirley Morales.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Gregory; son, Brian Gregory and wife Cyndy of Geronimo, Oklahoma; grandsons, Wyatt Gregory and wife Taylor of Oklahoma City and Tucker Gregory of Oklahoma City; great-granddaughter, Hadley Gregory; sister, Rita Bowen of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; and many nieces and nephews.
