This is to notify the City of Cache that Antonio E. Chavez and Talisha Tanae Logue-Chavez submitted a request to change the zoning on the 14,000 sq. feet tract of land described. Antonio E. Chavez and Talisha Tanae Logue-Chavez are requesting to change the zoning from existing R-3 (Mixed Residential District) to C-1 (General Commercial District). The purpose for the Rezoning Request is to develop the property into Commercial lots for a laundry mat and office spaces. The above-described properties are located approximately at 709 North 8th Street Cache, OK 73527.
April 8, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Cache City Hall, 404 W. C Avenue, The City Council will hold another public hearing and review the request for final consideration.
